A GUEST AT FRIENDS - after our Chef de Cuisine Silio Del Fabro invited his friend, the two-star chef Yannick Noack, for a Four-Hands Dinner at the PURS restaurant in Andernach on June 18 this year, it's now time for a rematch at the ESPLANADE. On October 15, the representatives of a new generation of top chefs will harmoniously combine the best from their Gourmet Kitchens in a seasonal menu. "What culinarily connects us is our preference for excellent products," says our kitchen chef about key similarities. "Even a trout or a pork belly, if bought in the right quality, is a great product." Though the two cooking styles are fundamentally different, only one thing matters on this evening: "The delight of our guests."
